How At the Atelier works
At the Atelier gives your store three things: a branded ring builder, a Prototype Kit for the counter and made-to-order manufacturing. Your customer designs the ring with you and buys it from your store. We make the ring and ship it to you.

The platform
Your own branded ring builder. Your customer designs an engagement ring with you, sees it in 3D at your price and buys it from your store. You then confirm the order with us in your dashboard.

The Prototype Kit
Prototype heads and shanks for your counter, in a display tray. Your customer holds the ring shapes before they buy. The Kit comes with manufacturing credit for your orders.

Custom orders
For every piece beyond engagement rings. Upload a reference image and share your requirements. Within 24 hours you receive a quotation, CAD, renders and an interactive 3D link.

Step by step
From sign-up to the finished ring

Apply
Send the short application. We review it and approve the store. Your store goes live when we approve it.

Set up the platform
Add your logo, your colours and your contact details. Set your prices and markups. Invite your staff.

Receive the Kit
Order the Prototype Kit when you want physical samples at the counter. We estimate delivery 20 working days (about 4 working weeks) after order confirmation.

Your customer designs the ring
Your customer designs the ring on your branded storefront and sees a live 3D ring at your price. They save, share and order the design with your store.

We make the ring
You confirm the order in your dashboard. Standard production takes 12 working days, counted from payment. A faster Express option can be available for each ring.

We ship to your store
We ship each ring insured to your store. Delivery takes 3–4 business days by FedEx or DHL, depending on the destination country. You then hand the ring to your customer or ship it to them.

For pieces beyond engagement rings, send a custom order request. You receive a quotation, CAD, renders and an interactive 3D link within 24 hours.
