Trial & Subscription Policy

The free trial, automatic renewal, notices, cancellation, expiry and return to service—stated plainly.

Short version: 30 days free, then $99 per month until cancelled. We warn you by email and in-app 7, 3 and 1 days before every charge. Cancel any time; access lasts through the paid period.

1. Free trial

One full-platform 30-day trial per business, with no charge during it.
A payment method may be collected at signup for uninterrupted conversion, but is not charged during the trial.
Kit buyers receive a further 30 days at no charge.

2. Price and automatic renewal

After trial, the Digital Ring Builder is $99 per month, billed in advance plus applicable tax. The trial converts automatically and paid access renews automatically until cancellation, preventing a storefront from going dark during a consultation.

3. Renewal reminders

Before every renewal—including trial conversion—we send email and dashboard notices 7, 3 and 1 days beforehand. Each states the date and $99 amount and includes a cancellation route.

4. Cancellation

Cancel in the dashboard or email support@attheatelier.com from the registered address. There is no fee, notice period or retention call. We confirm by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal without shortening current paid access.

5. After expiry

Retailer admin access ends and offers a resubscription path.
The white-label storefront shows customers only a neutral “work in progress” state, never billing or platform details.
No further charge is made.
Resubscribing restores settings, designs and order history.
After 60 cancelled days the widget may be removed, without deleting the account/history.

6. Data

Settings, designs and order history remain for restoration and legal record retention. Personal-data deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
